Administratively, he has represented Gordon-Conwell as co-chair of the Old Testament Colloquium for the Boston Theological Institute, a consortium of higher education professors around Boston. In addition to his teaching expertise, Dr. Stuart is highly regarded in the higher academic community as well. He is active in several organizations including The Evangelical Theological Society, the International Organization for Septuagint and Cognate Studies, and the Society of Biblical Literature. He offers insights into many radio and television broadcasts and has made appearances in both Mysteries of the Bible and Christianity: The First Thousand Years. Dr. Stuart is also an ordained minister with an Armenian bent who has pastored numerous churches in Massachusettes and New Hampshire including Boxford’s First Congregational Church.
