Christian Leadership Development Program

The Christian Leadership Development Program (CLDP) is a set of Ministry Leadership courses that equips teams and individuals to lead within their existing church or organization and to integrate their faith in God in the workplace. The training is in transformational leadership development, public speaking, identifying enemies of a growing church, developing problem-solving strategies, and effectively leading multicultural communities. The teaching, in collaboration with your Pastor or Director, comes from top educators including: John Trent, Rodney Cox, Haddon W. Robinson, Sid Buzzell, Floyd Flake, James Meeks, A.R. Bernard, Sr., Kenneth Ulmer, Efrem Smith, and more.
