After you submit your online application, please send your legal photo I.D. through one of the following options: Upload your I.D. now using our electronic form (preferred). Email an image of your I.D. to admissions@cugn.org. (One way to do this is to take a picture of the I.D. with a smartphone and then send it by email.)
