How many students have taken courses through CUGN and Our Daily Bread Christian University?

Student enrollment for Our Daily Bread Christian University/CUGN continues to expand with over 25,000 new enrollments per year. Since our inaugural year in 1998, more than 260,000 students worldwide have enrolled in our courses.

How long will it take for you to respond to my questions?

The general response time for inquiries is within 24 hours (US Eastern Standard Time) on weekdays (Monday through Friday) or 48 hours on weekends (Saturday/Sunday).

How is CUGN different from Our Daily Bread Christian University?

Our companion ministry, ChristianUniversity.org, provides free or low-cost courses for personal enrichment. CUGN offers continuing education credits as well as a range of courses that transfer into numerous online certificate and degree programs offered by collaborating schools.

How do online classes work?

You’ll study using video or audio lectures and online study tools. You can work on your studies at any time, from anywhere you have Internet access.

How do I submit my legal photo I.D.?

After you submit your online application, please send your legal photo I.D. through one of the following options:

  • Upload your I.D. now using our electronic form (preferred).
  • Email an image of your I.D. to admissions@cugn.org. (One way to do this is to take a picture of the I.D. with a smartphone and then send it by email.)

How do I change my address or other information?

Please contact the Registrar’s Office to update your information at registrar@cugn.org or toll free (888) 487-5376 ext. 3.

Does CUGN provide a local mentor?

No. However, CUGN does provide you with online instructors and an online scholar-mentor in our Core 2/Core 3 courses. For Core 2 courses, you are required to find a mentor in your own community. More details may be found in the Student Mentor Requirements section of our website.

Does CUGN have a residency requirement?

No. All CUGN courses are available from any location where the Internet* can be accessed through a computer or web-enabled smart phone or other mobile device.

Do you offer Bible Competency Pretests?

CUGN offers a free, optional Advanced Placement Exam to determine your level of competency for placement into many programs/degrees. Successful completion of the test, or a portion of it, will allow you to earn your degree in less time and for less money. Click here for more information.
